What we collect and why

The question form collects what you type: the country, the salary or rate you ask about, your question, your name and email. It exists to answer your question. Cookieless aggregate analytics record how pages are used, with no personal identifier.

Legal basis and sharing

We share nothing you send with anyone outside Take-Home Compass unless a consent line on a form names a recipient. We do not sell enquiry data to list brokers.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@takehomecompass.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
